Still wondering if Suntree is right for you? With an array of exciting options, we hope you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the affordability of membership at Suntree Country Club – where only members can enjoy our championship courses and our new, state-of-the-art Clubhouse and dining facility.

  • Golf
    • Equity Golf Memberships

      All social and tennis benefits listed below plus...

      • Two 18 hole championship courses
      • Access to all Club golf tournaments (depending on your membership category)
        • Reciprocal golf privileges at a variety of nearby courses throughout the summer

      Unlimited
      • No restrictions on time of day or number of rounds.
      • No Tee Time Restrictions; On-Line or Call-in reservations.
      • Unlimited access to golf practice facilities. (Driving Range, Range Balls, Putting & Chipping areas)
      • Includes unlimited use of Tennis, Social, Dining and Pool facilities.
      • Access to all Club golf tournaments.
      • Guest privileges to entertain family, friends and business associates.
      • Annual food and beverage minimums apply.
      • Equity, Non-refundable Membership.

      Limited Rounds: 72
      • 72 ROUNDS of Golf per calendar year.
      • Rounds played by Juniors (children ages 17years and under) do not count towards the allowed 72 rounds.
      • Rounds are prorated based on the month in the year that membership begins.
      • A "round of golf" is either 9 or 18 holes.
      • Upon resignation of this membership, rounds that have exceeded the averaged count of 6 rounds per month will be charged.
      • May "pay to play" over the 72 rounds per calendar year.
      • No Tee Time Restrictions; On-line or Call-in reservations.
      • Unlimited access to golf practice facilities. (Driving Ranges, Range Balls, Putting & Chipping areas)
      • Includes unlimited use of Tennis, Social, Dining and Pool facilities.
      • Guest privileges to entertain family, friends and business associates.
      • Annual food and beverage minimums apply.
      • Equity, Non-refundable Membership.

      Limited Access
      • Play M-F after 12 noon, Anytime Sat & Sun.
      • May "pay to play" before noon on weekdays
      • Play before noon at no charge on the following holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Presidents Day, Veterans Day & Thanksgiving)
      • No Tee Time Restrictions; On-line or Call-in reservations.
      • Unlimited access to golf practice facilities. (Driving Ranges, Range Balls, Putting & Chipping areas)
      • Includes unlimited use of Tennis, Social, Dining and Pool facilities.
      • Guest privileges to entertain family, friends and business associates.
      • Annual food and beverage minimums apply.
      • Equity, Non-refundable Membership.

      Young Professional Golf Membership
      • Eligibility: Available for those 21 to 29 years of age.
      • Annual Membership (12 Month commitment). Eligible to renew on an annual basis until member is 30 years old.
      • Cart rental or cart lease not included in pricing structure. Walking is permitted after Noon on most days of the week.
      • Additional Member charges must be paid via Auto debit (checking or savings account).
      • Usage:
        • Driving range anytime
        • Unlimited golf, tennis and social privileges
      • No Food & Beverage minimum required.
      • If member resigns membership prior to completion of the contract, member agrees to provide written notice and the membership will be terminated as of the last day of the third calendar month following receipt of written notice.
      • Agrees to abide by the rules/regulations as established by the club.
      • Young Professional Members cannot play in club trophy events.
      • Board may suspend or cancel Young Professional Membership at any time.

      Junior Golf Membership
      • Annual Membership (12 Month commitment)
      • Additional Member charges must be paid via Auto debit (checking account).
      • Eligibility: 17 years old and under (21 years of age and younger if a full time student).
      • Usage:
        • Driving range, putting greens and chipping greens with unlimited golf-balls anytime
        • Play in the afternoons after Noon year round. At their sole discretion, golf staff professionals may allow junior members to play before Noon during the summer months. Junior Members are required to check in with golf shop for more information.
      • Junior may not invite guests to play with them.
      • Juniors may only drive carts from ages 16-21 (Driver's license required). Junior Golf member will pay adult cart rate upon turning 18.
      • Juniors may have their parents ride them around the course following Club rules if under 16 years old and the junior cart fee will apply.
      • Juniors may walk on their own at age 13 years.
      • Juniors 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an authorized adult at all times while on property. Juniors 16 years and younger must have an authorized adult on Club property. An authorized adult is someone 21 years and older.
      • Juniors are eligible to play in Junior events only at the Club.
      • Juniors do not have access to the calendar of activities & events, unless specified for Junior Members.
      • Juniors must check into the golf shop at all times and on some afternoons will not be able to play if the course is excessively busy, (This is at the discretion of the head golf professional).
      • Junior members have dining privileges for themselves only.
      • If parents are Social members of the club already, Juniors will only be extended the year round playing privilege of the Club and not the parents.
      • Juniors must abide by all Rules & Regulations.
      • Handicap access will be provided by the Club.
  • Tennis
    • Equity Tennis Memberships

      All social benefits listed below plus...

      • Access to all tennis events, including mixers, tournaments, and more
      • Six lit clay courts and two lit hard courts
      • 1 month complimentary ball machine rental (new tennis memberships only)

      Young Professional Tennis Membership
      • Available for those 21 to 29 years of age.
      • Annual Membership (12 Month commitment). Eligible to renew on an annual basis until member is 30 years old.
      • Additional Member charges must be paid via Auto debit (checking account)
      • Usage:
        • Unlimited tennis and social privileges
        • Driving range anytime
      • No Food & Beverage minimum required.

      • 17 years and under; 21 and under if in college (Contract signed by legal guardian)
      • Annual Membership (12 Month commitment).
      • Additional Member charges must be paid via Auto debit (checking account).
      • Eligibility: 17 years old and under (21 years of age and younger if a full-time student).
      • Privileges & Restrictions:
        • Unlimited play after 11:00 AM.
        • Free Ball Machine for the first month (new members only).
        • Does not have driving range privileges.
        • Juniors may not invite guests to play with them.
        • Juniors 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an authorized adult at all times while on property. Juniors 16 years and younger must have an authorized adult on Club property. An authorized adult is someone 21 years and older.
        • Junior members have dining privileges for themselves only.
