Welcome to Suntree Country Club

Whether you are visiting with us to play a round of golf or play a tennis match, here for dinner or an event we want your experience to be first-class and in accordance with Club standards and guidelines. 

  • Golf & Tennis Day Guest Policy
    • Brevard County residents can play golf and tennis at Suntree Country Club as a guest one time per month, no matter who their hosting member is. Guests that reside outside of Brevard County can play up to 12 times in a given year.

      There are no limitations to the number of times an individual can be a dining & pool guest of a member.

      Guests will be entitled to use the Club facilities only in accordance with the privileges of the sponsoring member. All guests of the Club who choose to pay their own food and beverage bill in any Food & Beverage venue will be subject to non-member pricing which will contain a 20% surcharge. No cash is accepted for any food and beverage purchases and non-members may pay by credit card. The Club reserves the right to change the percentage of non-member pricing at any time.

      All guests must adhere to the Rules and Regulations & Bylaws of the Club. The sponsoring member shall be responsible for the manner, conduct, and appearance of any day guest.

      Day guests must be accompanied by the sponsoring member at all times.
  • Social Day Guest Policy
    • There are no limitations to the number of times an individual can be a dining & pool guest of a member.

      Brevard County residents may only attend recurring events one time per month, no matter who their hosting member is. 
      Guests that reside outside of Brevard County can attend recurring events 12 times in a given year.

      A recurring event is defined as an event that happens more than once in a given month such as: Fitness, Mahjong, Bridge, Bunco, Bingo, Book Club, Walk Club, & Kids' Club.

      Guests will be entitled to use the Club facilities only in accordance with the privileges of the sponsoring member. All guests of the Club who choose to pay their own food and beverage bill in any Food & Beverage venue will be subject to non-member pricing which will contain a 20% surcharge.   • House Guest Policy
    • A house guest is defined as a guest temporarily visiting with and residing in a member’s home. House guests are permitted to use the Club without being accompanied by the sponsoring member subject to the following conditions:

      - The sponsoring member must initiate the application for a House Guest Card prior to the arrival date
      of the house guest.
      - All charges are the responsibility of the sponsoring member.
      - The maximum period for house guest privileges, per house guest, is 14 days during any calendar year,
        except in the case of parents, children and their spouses, and grandchildren of members, for whom
        there is no limitation.

      The sponsoring member shall be responsible for the manner, conduct and appearance of any house guest. If the house guest’s  manners, conduct, or appearance are deemed to be unsatisfactory, such privileges may be terminated by Club  Management without prior  notice.
  • Dress Code
    • Dress Code.
      It is expected that members will choose to dress in a fashion befitting the surroundings and atmosphere of the Club. Please review these rules with your families and guests prior to visiting the Club. Any member or guest who does not comply with the dress code specified for the occasion will be denied access to Club facilities.

      Country Club Casual is acceptable in all areas. Country Club Casual attire means generally business attire or business casual. Appropriate attire for men includes business slacks and collared shirts. Golf appropriate shorts may also be worn. Tailored button-down dress shirts are not required to be tucked in, unless on the golf course or practice grounds. Golf shirts must remain tucked in at all times. Casual dress-appropriate shoes and loafers are required. Appropriate attire for women includes business slacks, dress capris, skirts, dresses and dress shorts, tailored shirts and blouses and sweaters. Attire for minors should reflect the same policy as for adults.

      Always Prohibited:
      • Sleeveless shirts without a collar
      • Cargo style shorts and pants
      • Hats and visors worn backwards
      • Work jeans, coveralls/overalls, torn/ripped frayed denim, cutoff jeans/shorts
      • Denim in the Banquet Rooms, on the golf courses, practice facilities, and tennis courts.
      • Pool shoes and rubber flip flops (except in Pool area)

      Clubhouse and Dining Areas:
      a. Country Club Casual must be worn in the Palm Restaurant, Magnolia Room, the Heritage Room and the Board Room after 6:30 p.m.
      b. Golf and tennis attire are acceptable for lunch and dinner in any of the Club dining areas except for the Heritage Room, the Board Room and the Magnolia Room (exception: special occasions published in advance).
      c. Nice T-shirts may be worn in the 19th Hole Bar, Snack Bar and Pool Bar/outside area. T-shirts are not permitted in the Palm Restaurant, Magnolia Room, the Heritage Room and the Board Room. 
      d. Men shall not wear hats, ball caps or visors in the Palm Restaurant, the Magnolia Room, the Heritage Room and the Board Room, bill of cap must be facing forward.
      e. Footwear must be worn in all areas of the clubhouse.
      f. Appropriate denim wear on Club property is allowed except where always prohibited above (i.e., denim as fashion as opposed to work jeans).

      Pool Area:
      Informal attire and swimsuits with cover-ups are permitted in the Pool Bar, outside dining area and in the Snack Bar. Swimsuits with cover ups may be worn in the area outside the Snack Bar. Swimsuits with cover ups are only allowed inside the Snack Bar when picking up refreshments to take back to the Pool Area. Swimsuits shall not be worn in the clubhouses at any time. Pool shoes and rubber flip flops are allowed only in the Pool Area including pool deck, Pool Bar and outside the Snack Bar. They may be worn inside the Snack Bar area when picking up refreshments to take outside. 
  • Cell Phone
    • Cell Phones.
      Members and their guests are prohibited from using cell phones in the Banquet Rooms, Main Dining Room, and Cabana Room at the Club. Members and guests should switch their phone to the off, mute, silent or vibrate mode when visiting these facilities. Members and guests responding to a call must leave the  dining area to answer the call. Should you have guests, please inform them of the “vibrate” and response requirements. The purpose of these restrictions is to enhance member enjoyment in the dining areas.
  • Smoking
    • Smoking. 
      All buildings (golf and tennis) are designated as non-smoking facilities. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Smoking is not permitted at the Pool Bar or Pool Pavilion.
